    If you are on a Mac, you can use a SIPS command line code or a ColorSync AppleScript or the ColorSync Utility.app to "match" (convert) an image from one colour profile to another (assuming that the file format accepts the destination colour mode). So you could convert to CMYK outside of Elements, but you wouldn't be able to view the file in Elements.
