? Re-install Photo Elements 12

I followed the instructions for Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool as thoroughly as I could but after re-installing Elements 12, the organizer is fine but I still have no editor.   What should I try next? .

    What happens when you click on Editor icon in Welcome Screen?

    Did you try launching it from:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop Elements 12\PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe

    To manually uninstall PSE12 from your machine, please see Manually remove Photoshop Elements 12 for Windows
