Re-Installing Photoshop Elements 2019

I’m trying to install Photoshop Elements 2019 on a new desktop and running into some issues.  I have the license and product number registered to my account and the program is currently installed on my old laptop.  When I log in and try to run the installer on my PC, I’m getting this error.  It says:

Update your browser

To use Adobe services, please update your Adobe applications, operating system, and browser to the latest versions.

Everything is up to date and I still can’t figure it out.  Thanks in advance for any help!

    Try a different browser.

    English x86.exe

    English x64.exe

Then reboot and install PSE 2019

Yes, everything is updated and installed, but I’m still getting the same error.  Thanks for the input though.

Moving on, your next step might be to use an AI search engine like Copilot for help.  Use your favorite.  Mine came up with 4 possible explanations in a case like this with an easy solution for each.  Nothing catastrophic.  This is just a chain pop remember those?  =)
