Re: Issues Install Photoshop Elements 11 Issues ONLY in Adobe Bundle.

Hello. Nice to meet you all!

I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 and Premiere Elements 11 "Bundle" software I purchased some time ago. I am trying to install it on my Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1 64-bit operating system. Never once have I installed it on this computer. It will be my first time.

I am having issues with it!

ISSUE: During late stage of the installation process of Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 ONLY, I get a message on top of the installation window immediately at the start of installing Shared Technologies stating, "The installation process has encountered an error while installing Shared Technologies. Please restart your system and try again." Then it says, "Status: Rolling back the installation of Adobe Photoshop Elements 11." until it is uninstalled. So I have done this a few times and getting nowhere with Adobe Photoshop Elements installation. I need help!

(NO ISSUES at all with installing Adobe Premiere Elements 11 -- it opens and runs great NOTE: Right now running Adobe Premiere Elements 11 in a trial mode based on the issue above.)

I am using the downloaded setup file from the Adobe website to install Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 (Download Photoshop Elements 13, 12, and earlier versions.). I used the DVD-ROM to install Adobe Premiere Elements 11 without issues. I also tried using the DVD-ROM for Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 too, but had other issues with that as well that was different I won't elaborate now unless we need to go in that direction.
