I amtrying to re-load Photoshop Elements 2.0 to my MS Surface computer running Windows 10 I unistalled Elements using Control Panel/Programs/ unistall before trying to reload using the original disks. After the preliminaries, a long pausue, and then the message "Setup has detected that uninstalShield is in use. Please close uninstallShield amd restart setup."

I can't find uninstallShield. Any suggestions?

    I solved my own problem. I installed another application, following which I was able to install PE without difficulty. Thanks for your interest.
