Re: Photoshop Elements Upgrade

My grandson has his student copy of Photoshop Elements 14 on our home computer.  I transferred all my apps, programs and data to a new computer and now the Photoshop does not work.  I can either de-activate it on the old computer and try to re-activate on the new, or uninstall it on the new and install Photoshap Elements 21.  If I deactivate it on the old machine will I be able to activate it on the new?
