I have the same problem, I have a new Dell PC with Windows 11 and Adobe Photoshop Elements Version 20.0 (x64). The installation went perfectly but every time I launch Organizer, Photo Editor or Video Editor I get the same error message (as shown above in the previous messages: "Sorry an error occurred". If I turn my WIFi OFF, it then works. I can launch with the Wifi OFF then turn the WiFi back on After the program has opened. I didn't have that problem with Windows 10.  Please HELP I AM IN THE SAME SITUATION. Joel

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Did you check by changing network connections? Do you have any firewall or anti-virus installed?

The correct version of Photoshop Elements is 2022. I recommend you please update the software to the latest version first. Steps here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/release-note/update.html.

The latest version of the Adobe software could be more compatible with the operating system and drivers. Before installing an update or upgrade, ensure the system meets the requirements. For the latest product updates and upgrades, visit Adobe - Downloads.

Let us know if it helps,

    Thanks,

    Ranjisha

Thanks Ranjisha, this is the first thing I tested. It didn't work at my work location so I brought my Laptop home and connected to my home network and I had the indentical error. So by process of elimination, it is not the network. I also uninstalled and re-installed Adobe Photoshop Elements and the error remained. The error ONLY occurs at launch. If I launch in Airplane mode NO error occurs. After I am in Photoshop or Elements and turn the Wifi back ON, the error doesn't return. The same installation with the same installation disk woked perctly with Windows 10. Please don't give up as I spent, so far $150 for a product I can't return and that doesn't work. I need your support, Joel
