    PSE8 is unsupported, outdated software from 11 years ago.  It was built to run on Win7 and 8.

     

    1. Uninstall PSE.

    2. Shut down everything and restart computer.

    3. Re-install PSE in Win8 compatibility mode and restart your computer again.

     

    Failing that, contact your printer manufacturer for suggestions.

    NOTE:  The latest version of Photoshop Elements 2021 is compatible with Win10.
