Si je comprend bien, je viens d'acheter un nouveau portable avec windows 11 et je ne pourrai pas retélécharcher mon photoshop elements dessus?

Merci à tous pour votre aide, avec les lectures de vos réponses et des recherches, j'ai trouvé que le fichier manquant est le msvcr120.dll. Il date de 2013. Mon logicial adobe Photoshop Éléments 2023 utilise ce ficher et il est absent de mon windows 11 même après une mise a jour. J'ai trouvé ce lien pour télécharger sur microsoft : https://www.microsoft.com/fr-fr/download/details.aspx?id=40784 . Toutefois, je reste avec une certaine peur de dérégler mon ordinateur tout neuf et windows 11. Qu'en pensez vous?

it should be no problem, BUT it's safest just repair and update all your visual c++ packages.

Two ideas that MAY work to install and/or run old programs in Windows 10 or Windows 11
-RIGHT click the program icon or EXE and select a compatibility mode in the pop up option window
-and/or select Run as Administrator to assign FULL Windows permissions

On me dit erreur 183. dans mes recherches, une fois on me disais : fichier manquant: msvcr120.dll et effectivement, dans mon windows j'ai fait une recherche et il est absent. Est-ce que cela pourrait être la raison? J'ai sur mon ordi 32 meg ram, il est neuf et très optimal. Merci pour votre réponse 🙂

Which version of Photoshop Elements are you using? Could you share more about your system specifications(RAM, GPU, etc)? We need to make sure that your system meets the minimum requirements for installing the app as mentioned in this article: https://adobe.ly/420bwl6

Also, could you check if you are getting any error when the app fails to download?

yes, that is one problem. to fix it:

repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired (use google if you don't know how to do this)

update all ms visual c++ versions that can be updated (use google if you don't know how to do this)

restart your computer (don't skip this)

retry installing
