Hello My name is Simone.

I study in a school of design in Italy (ied), they provide to buy for us the licence.

When i go to redeem code the form say that "this code have been redeemed jet".

Before the creative cloud was ok but since i had formatted my mac i can't have access to the apps.

HELP!

    As far as I know when you Redeem that code it gave you a serial number. You need that serial number which you should of made a record of or have the email that contained the serial number.

    Is this a Photoshop Elements question? Or for some other Adobe product?

    A redemption code can only be used once.
