Also the same problems: Save for web does not open in the browser. I reinstalled PSE 2020 and also deleted in Library the two files Save for web. And restarted. Nothing happens. And I agree it seems that Adobe do not know how to solve this. Just an idea? Is Save for Web 32 bits where it should be 64 bits?
