Re-sizing photos within a collage

Just purchased PSE 2018, but had the same question with PSE 14. I can create a collage with not problem. My question is, how do I re-size all of the photos in the collage to the same dimensions?  I have created a 13 x 19 output print size and would like to have all of the photos on that collage 4 x 3 inches. How?

Crop each photo prior to pacing them on the canvas.
