I have been trying to get Adobe elements 2018 work, the last Elements I had was 10 and Now I think I remember why I don't buy Adobe is because you can't talk to a person so if you have problems which is usual for Adobe you are SOL. I will see if I get any response but I am betting it was $80.00 down the toilet

John

PS if I don't hear anything I will kill myself to get the word out how bad Adobe it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Branched out as a new thread, and moving to Photoshop Elements community as experts here will be able to assist you better with a crash related query.
