Receiving a refund for photoshop elements

Ok, so I have downloaded Photoshop Elements, and I’m not happy with it. I would now like a refund. It was downloaded just 1 day ago, so is within the 14 day refund period. Now, my question is, how the devil do I request the refund? Adobe seem to have made it infuriatingly difficult to contact them. So, if someone would be kind enough to detail the process I have to go through to request my refund then I will be very grateful to them. It really should not be this difficult. Thank-you.

You will need to deactivate the software.

To do that go to the Editor menu:

    Help > Sign-out

Then start an online chat with Adobe Support. See this link:

Yes, I had signed out and uninstalled the software. The problem is that link takes you to a virtual assistant. I did not realise you had to request to speak to an actual human via the virtual assistant. Anyway, I have it sorted now. Thank-you.
