Recommended Workflow for iCloud Photos, Family iPhones and PSE Organizer

Hello all,

I'm searching for a workflow to organize all pictures of multiple iPhones in the family with PSE 2019 Organizer on Mac OS.

In the past I used the iCloud Photo, but then I don't found a way to organize the Pictures and Videos in PSE Organizer without exporting/copying the Photos and have them twice and independent on the Mac. The export would be needed in this scenario for each iCloud-Account in the family.

So by now I deactivated iCloud Photos on the iPhones and import them to Mac OS via USB-Cable to a OneDrive Folder.

This is inconvenient, but no redundancies and everything stored in OneDrive.

Has someone a better workflow?
