Record Action Commands not available.

I am using photoshop element 15 when I go to action I do not have the option to record .the square and the triangle are greyed out . I do not even have the record option can you please help me with that.

    Recording actions is reserved to the 'big brother', Photoshop. Elements can play actions (provided they don't use Photoshop only features), but it does not allow you to record them.
