Recover Catalog PSE 2020 not showing Photos

I attempted to Restore my Catalog using a recent Full Backup. The Restore has gone so far as to load the images but they remain "grayed out" after 24 hours. I can see that this is the correct Catalog and these are the latest Photos imported. Why can't I see the photos? 

Steps so far:

Ran Optimize

Ran Repair - It says no errors found. I did the Repair Anyway selection.

Verified that the Catalog it is refering to is the correct one. See image below. Inside the folder I see a complete list of the folders that used to appear under MY Catalog. I believe the current structure in the Recovery page screenshot has not been updated because the Recovery will not complete.

Should I run Recovery again?
