Redeemed my purchase but can't find the download link/ Ich habe meinen Kauf eingelöst aber ich kann den Downloadlink nicht finden

so maybe it´s just me but I've got a problem. I already redeemed my purchase and now I cannot find the download link. I really need help because I bought the Photoshop/Video editor set and it really was expensive and so I am not ready to buy another one. I hope that somebody will be able to help me.

Vielleicht geht es nur mir so aber ich habe ein Problem. Ich habe bereits meinen Kauf eingelöst und nun kann ich den in der Beschreibung beschriebenen Downloadlink nirgends finden. Da ich das Photoshop/Videobearbeitungs Set gekauft habe und es nicht gerade billig war, bin ich auch nicht dazu bereit, ein anderes zu kaufen. Ich hoffe, dass mir jemand weiterhelfen kann.
