Redemption code and Serial Numbers for Photoshop 2018

I recently needed to refresh my Windows 10 computer. As a result I need to reinstall Photoshop Elements 2018. I can't install it without a redemption number and a serial number. How do I find either?

A redemption code can only be used once. You need a serial number:

If I go to my account page, it even gives me a 24-digit serial number for my Photoshop Elements program, but when I use the serial number Adobe gave me to try to install it on my new computer, it says the code is invalid. And when I go to "my orders" PSE doesn't show up on there. I bought the program in 2012 so I can't exactly remember when I paid for it, but the fact of the matter is that it was PAID FOR and I should be allowed to USE IT.

I have the same problem and the selfhelp system is not helpful at all .

Hi,

You say that you need to reinstall PSE 2018 which implies that you had the serial number once to install it the first time. You also would have had to sign in with your Adobe ID.

If you go to the link that Peru Bob gave above, there are instructions for retrieving your serial number from your Adobe account.
