Redemption Code issue

Hi.

Purchased Elements 12 on sale in Walmart. Figuring I could download the product, I didn't think I needed the disc or packaging as long as I had the redemption code to get serial code. Redemption error says code is not valid.  Screenshot included. I can't go back to the retailer. It's totally my fault, I know but.. Am I out the $60?

    You can only use a redemption code once.  See here:

    It has never been used before I purchased it in Walmart. I mistakenly thought that I did not need anything from the box except the card with the redemption code. This is a brand new, valid redemption code. I discarded all packaging and contents except for the redepmtion code. Is it useless without the disc?

    If the redemption code is invalid, Walmart may have not scanned it properly to make the activation code active.  Can you retrieve the package and take it to Walmart with your receipt?
