When I bout Photoshop Elements it was for my Windows, it crashed and now I have a Imac. After chatting with a couple people from Adobe, I'm still not having any luck and they told me to come to this group.
They sent me a link to download on my MAC and told me my serial number will work and it's not working. Can anyone help?
You would need the boxed version with disks for Windows & Mac. If you originally purchased a download it will be Windows only.
PSE 2020 is expected soon; so consider purchasing an upgarde when available. In the meantime use PSE 2019 as a free trial for 30 days.
