Reinstall Elements 12 after erasing hard drive

I’m planning to erase my Mac Mini hard drive, reinstalling from Time Machine.

Apple says TM doesn’t always reinstall third party software.  I bought and downloaded Elements 12 when I was living in the US.  I’m now living in the UK and don’t want to have to buy it again.

I need to find the serial number but my purchase doesn’t show up in my Adobe account.

Any suggestions on how to deal with this?

    Could you please have a read of the below article, giving information on how to find your serial key.

    Also If you have already not erased your MAC and you still have your product installed, I would suggest to please contact Adobe support, and they should be able to guide you with the steps.
