reinstall elements 13

Question

Because of a computer problem I need to reinstall elements 13. The file has downloaded but when I come to open it, it goes through the initiallising installer and preparing to install, but then stops at 2%. Has anyone any suggestions please.Adobe cannot help!

Do you have a firewall or internet security/anti-virus software turned on? If so try temporarily disabling until installation is complete.

Otherwise try downloading from this link, ensuring you get the correct version; either 32 bit or 64 bit.
