Réinstallation de Photoshop Elements 15

Ayant dû réinitialiser mon PC W10 suite à panne, j'aimerais pouvoir réinstaller le logiciel Adobe acheté via Microsoft en 2017, mais je ne parviens plus à retrouver les informations nécessaires pour cela.

Avez-vous une réponse ou bien savez-vous comment contacter le support Adobe (autre que leur robot).

You have to contact microsoft, not Adobe:  The Microsoft Store handles the download, installation, licensing, and updating of all products purchased through it. If you encounter an issue with an Adobe product during one of these four processes, visit http://www.support.microsoft.com.

    Bonjour,

    Merci d'avoir pris le temps de me répondre. Je me suis adressé à la Communauté et  au Support Microsoft en vain car ne traitent que des Logiciels/Applications Microsoft.

    My recommendation:  Purchase Photoshop Elements 2025 from adobe and forget about PSE 2015.

    Beginning with pse 2025:  The product stops working 3 years after you first access it.  Organizer files will be safe.
