Reinstallation Due To Windows Problems

I had Elements and Premier Elements installed and then had windows problems.  Had to reinstall Windows and lost all my programs including Elements and Premier elements.  I reinstalled the two programs using the Serial Numbers I used for the first installation.

What happens if I have to reinstall again?  Or want to install on a second machine?  Will the Serial Numbers work again?

You are allowed to use on two computers.

If you need to reset your activations, as Michel said, here is the customer care link:

What version of Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements?

If you installed on the same computer and hardware, I believe you are safe. The license is linked to your hardware. If you changed your drives for instance, the activation would be lost; then you'd have to use the 'chat' option in 'customer care'. Only Adobe can solve the common situation of a broken or stolen computer.
