Réinstallation element 13 impossible serial refusé

Bonjour,mon ordi portable étant définitivement cassé, j'ai acheté un nouvel ordi portable et j'ai voulu réinstaller mon element 13. J'ai mis le serial correct et il m'a été répondui que j'avais sûrement une version pitarée, ce qui est impossible car j'ai la preuve d'achat , le numéro de commande et le code reçu sur un courrier que je peux renvoyer au format word pour prouver ma bonne foi. Que dois-je faire pour pouvoir réinstaller mon logiciel photoshop element?Merci pour votre réponseBien cordialement Thierry Muller

Please go to Adobe Customer Service and only ask to have your activations reset (make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups on your browser):
