Reinstalled Elements 2019. Error message

Just reinstalled Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 on a Mac newly updated to MacOS Catalina 10.15.7. Every time I open Element Editor I get this message: "Your application install seems to be damaged. Please reinstall the application"

Elements 2019 will not work on a Mac machine with Catalina.  You will have to upgrade to Elements 2020 or 2021.
