Reinstalling of elements 2019 failed

I have just reinstalled windows 10 direct from Microsoft network. Now restalling all other software.

But reinstall of Elements failed, saying that win10 is not up to date.

Attaced is printouts from elements install and OC data.

Go to Windows Search bar.

Type winver and run the command.

Do you have version 21H1?

OK. Get the latest Visual C++ libraries from Microsoft. You'll need these to install & run Elements.
