Reinstalling Photoshop Elements 14 on a New PC, Can't Activate Serial Number

Question

Hi I cannot activate Photoshop Elements 14 on a new installed PC. Installs correctly, but when I enter the serial number, I get a message indicating that I need to Contact Customer Support. Support has confirmed it is a vlid serial number and to post here. What do I do? Have same issue with Premiere Elementrs 14.

Contact Adobe again and hopefully you will reach a different agent. He/she may tell you that PSEv.14 is no longer supported. Explain to the agent that you do not require help using the software, just activation reset. Be persistent.
