Remote Connections with Photoshop Express?

No-one at Adobe support seems to know if you can use the Remote Connections feature in Photoshop Express with Photoshop Elements.  If anyone here could give me an answer I would be very grateful. Tried googling and using Help so I guess the answer is no, but I am a bit confused.
