Question

Remove a background

Hello, is there any easier/quicker way to remove the background behind a tree like this one on the left that has a bunch of spaces between the limbs and leaves without having to click on each one? It's a real pain and takes forever. I'm using Elements 2023...thanks in advance for any help. Karl O

    Yes. If you delete the background, you will be left with areas of transparency, which you will have to fill in with something. 

    I suggest that you use the clone stamp tool and fill in the limb/leaf voids in the foreground. I did it in a few areas for demonstration. Takes 2 minutes.
