Remove none working add-ons in Elements 14

Could anybody please tell me how I can remove none working add-ons from my Adobe Elements 14?

What type of add-ons? Filters, brushes, gradients, actions, etc.???

Windows or Mac?

Operating system?

Participating Frequently

It’s in the filters section of Elements 14

It’s a free ON1 editing that was a free offer.

It doesn’t work now and I have deleted it from my laptop but it is still itemised in Elements 14

My system is Windows 10.
