Remove Pet Leash

How do I use the Remove Pet Leash feature in APE 2023?  I can't seem to get it to work.  Thanks!

I find it to be comically bad-- in my opinion is should not have made it into the program.

Start with the spot healing tool, hit the collar with that a bit.  se the clone tool (content aware option) to touch up what spot healing missed.
