Removing an Error

I am very new to Adobe Photoshop Elements 14 and I have watched a You Tube video on the Quick and Guided ways to Photoshop a photo.  I have also played with the Expert way and I am still having problems. 

My daughter had her Senior pictures taken and part of her bra strap is showing.  I tried removing it my using the Spot Healing Brush Tool in the Quick way.  Then in the Expert way I tried the Eraser Tool, the Sponge Tool and the Blur Tool but I can not remove the strap.  Can anyone give me an idea how to remove the bra strap?  If possible step by step instructions.

    That could easily be done using a combination of the clone and healing tools.
