Removing Elements 13 and installing Elements 2018?

This week I purchased Elements 2018 and installed it on my desktop. I "signed out" of Elements 13 and removed it and then installed Elements 2018.  I had Elements 13 on my laptop too and just went to do the entire scenario again (remove and install). When I go to the help menu in Elements 13 on my laptop I don't see the sign out option.  When I went back to my desktop I don't see the sign in/sign out option in its help menu either.  What's happening here?  Can anyone with Elements 2018 installed confirm if it has a sign in/out option? Thanks.

    Ignore the above topic.  I just found out the sign in/out option in the help menu doesn't appear in the Organizer help menu. It only shows up in the Editor help menu.  New learning experience.
