Removing Hyphens in Filenames

How do I tell PSE to not add hyphens in filenames? I've found several solutions via Google, but all are apparently out of date. I realize I have to uncheck Unix compatibility somewhere ...

    Is that in the editor when you save as or save for web or in the organizer?

    Unfortunately, photoshop elements doesn't have the File Name Compatibility option in Save for Web like photoshop does.
