removing smart tags

Premiere Elements and Photoshop Elements are separate programs which can be uninstalled from your OS (Win or Mac) independently. The question may be relative to the Organizer which works for both the photo and the video part. Are your video and photo editors both version 8? I don't use Premiere myself but I would guess the organizer is not uninstalled if you only uninstall the Premiere Elements editor. I assume you are on Windows?
