There is no easy way to do it. 

If the files are all in one folder, you could batch rename them in the OS (Windows File Explorer) or use the Editor's Process Multiple Files tool:

Once the files are renamed outside of the Organizer, they will become missing files within the Organizer.  Double-click on one of the missing files and a dialog will appear asking you to reconnect the files.  Since the renamed file is within the same folder it should automatically be found, or at least it should not be too difficult to locate the file manually.  Once the first file is reconnected, the others in the same folder should be reconnected automatically.

If you let us know why you want to batch rename the files, I may have some other suggestions or advice.
