Restore Catalog To New Computer?

Question

I have Photo Elements 10. I got new computer and backed up Catalog to DVDs from old computer. I restored backup to new computer and it appears the files were transferred somewhere to new computer. The Catalog does not appear in Organizer. How do I get to photos?
