Restoring a PS13 Catalog

I have read the FAQs and done exactly as they said.  ie backup, and restore.  Yet when I open organizer none of my albums are showing.   I had a lot of albums and my photos were all cross referenced.  I have the catalogue file in the restore folder  so where should this go?
