Restoring catalog to a different drive

I had everything on my C drive.  I installed a SS drive (C drive) for my programs and want all of my data on my D drive.  I backed up the catalog to an external drive.  I moved my pictures, video, and document folders  from the C drive to the D drive.  How do I restore my catalog and have everything go back to its original location, but on the D drive instead of the C drive?
