Run Adobe Elements 11 in Batch Mode

I have over 400 jpg files that I need to convert to another jpg size.  Can I use Elements 11 and Process Multiple files to run in batch mode with NO User Interface to convert the files.  This way when the number of files increase each month, I can just point towards the folder and have it run without me doing anything.  I would like to use vba or a batch file to run this job, once I get all the settings that I want with setting this up.  Can this be done?  Thanx in advance and I look forward to hearing back.
