Run error after reinstall of Elements 2018

Question

I have uninstalled from old PC to install on New PC; after install process completes, restart computer and receive Run Error "missing VCRUNTIME140.dll" immediately followed by "missing MSVCP140.dll" error.

I have not found a solution in the community.

Does anyone have help for me?

These missing dll files are Windows files which you may have to re-install.  If so, download them from Microsoft ONLY.  Sites like this one (see summary near top of link) and this one offer greater detail.  Search "Missing VCRUNTIME140.dll" on Microsoft Support for more info too.  Alternately you could try running System File Checker as administrator from the Command Prompt and see if it can automatically find/fix, or replace them for you
