Samsung Galaxy 9+ Import failed

I have a Samsung Galaxy 9+, hooked up the USB-C cable, fired up Elements Organizer 18 , selected file get photos from camera or card reader, and

selected the Galaxy 9+. Moments later..

I can hook up my old Nokia phone and it works flawlessly. I thought Adobe was cutting edge? What gives???? I even tried the latest 2019 trial version. Same outcome
