The only other thing I can think of is a setting in the registry.

If you are familiar with the Windows Registry, take a look in the following location and see if there is any reference to OneCloud:

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Elements Organizer\21.0

If you don't see any reference there, perhaps do a registry search (Find) for OneCloud.

My final solution, if you don't use OneCloud, is to delete the folder from your computer.

Edit:  I should of course warn you not to mess around in the Registry unless you are familiar with it and are comfortable doing so.

In the Organizer, go to Edit>Preferences>Camera or Card Reader.

Under the Editor's Preferences, do you have the box checked for Save As to Original Folder?

Are you sure you are editing files from your C:\users\Nick\Pictures folder and not from One Cloud (which is also probably on your C drive)?

Try resetting the preferences file. Go to the Editor's Edit>Preferences>General tab and click the Reset Preferences on next launch button.

One other thing to try is to make sure that OneDrive does not appear in your Watched Folders list or in the APD Save In preferences.
