Save As Dialog Box Flickers and Disappears - Photoshop Elements 2020 - Mac OS Catalina

Here are my configurations:
- Mac OS 10.15.1 (Catalina)
- MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2018)
- Processor 2.7 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7
- Memory 16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3
- Photoshop Elements 2020 (18.0 (20190827.m.136736) x64

When I try to click 'Save As’, the dialog box flickers then disappears. Same thing happens with ‘Save’ and ‘Save Quit’. I can’t save any projects.
