Save for web

I downloaded the Test version via AppStore, it worked fine, like it did on Windows Computers, now I bought it via AppStore for 109 Euros, saving for Web is not working, unknown Failiure. I regret that I bought a Mac, for that money I could have get three Windows PCs with the same Performance and running Programs.
