Save to Cloud Option Missing in 2021

I have Photoshop Elements 2021 installed and an active Creative Cloud account.  The option to "Save as..." does not show up on my Windows 10 computer.  I've logged PE out and back in.  I've looked in Preferences.   I've reset PE preferences. I'm stumped!  I can't figure out where to look.  I have not uninstalled and reinstalled - yet.

I am having the exact same problem. I have tried reinstall and it made no difference.

Could you also please check and confirm the below:

1. You are signed-in to Editor

2. You have Creative Cloud Signed in with the same Adobe ID.

3. Could you share a screenshot of the Help menu with us?

 

Could you share the ID, which you have used to sign-in to Photoshop Elements 2021?

 

In addition, Please do also share the platform details on which you are using the product.

I am signed into the editor & creative cloud with the same Adobe ID
