Seeking help in elements to fix yellow area from label at end of 35mm negative roll

 Novice here, using Elements 2020 and Win10. 

Some of my scanned negatives are from the end of the roll, and include a label at the end of that roll which shows up as a yellow area in the photo.  Looking for advice on how to fix this  Perhaps the healing brush?
