Seems like Adobe Photoshop Elements 2023 has a scrolling issue

Seems like when using a stylus pen for windows 11 and a tablet when pushing and trying to move it, nothing changes and it locks it into a left click until a mouse is used. Might want to test and check it out, and yes, everything is updated, but it still has the scrolling issue.

Turn  off windows ink.   ALSO:  PSE 2023 hasn’t been support for a couple of years now- no chance whatsoever of any updates.
